The tropical cyclone near the Philippines will move across Luzon, entering the South China Sea and intensify gradually today and tomorrow, moving in the general direction of the western part of Guangdong afterwards. Besides, Tropical Cyclone Talim will move across the western North Pacific in the next couple of days and intensify gradually, moving in the general direction of the vicinity of Zhejiang afterwards.
