9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: The northeast monsoon affecting the coast of southeastern China will strengthen slightly today and tomorrow. Besides, Tropical Cyclone Haikui will intensify gradually and move across the central part of the South China Sea today. It will then move in the general direction of Hainan Island to the central part of Vietnam and weaken afterwards. Under the combined effect of the monsoon and Haikui, it will be windy with rain over the south China coast and the northern part of the South China Sea early next week.
