9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: A trough of low pressure will move southwards and cross the coastal areas today, bringing showers and a few thunderstorms to the region. With the trough of low pressure moving towards the northern part of the South China Sea and weakening, showers will ease off over the coast of Guangdong in the middle and latter parts of this week. An anticyclone aloft over the northern part of the South China Sea is expected to bring hot weather to the coast of Guangdong early next week.
