9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: Under the influence of a broad trough of low pressure, there will be showers and thunderstorms over the northern part of the South China Sea and the coast of southern China in the next few days. An area of low pressure is expected to develop over the central part of the South China Sea in the latter part of this week, it will then move in the general direction to the northwestern part of the South China Sea. Its movement and development remain uncertain. The area of low pressure will bring unsettled weather to the coast of southern China over the weekend and early next week.
