9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: The weather will still be very hot over Guangdong today while showers triggered by high temperatures will affect the region. Under the influence of an active southwesterly airstream, showers will increase and there will be thunderstorms over the coast of southern China in the middle and latter parts of this week. A broad trough of low pressure will continue to bring unsettled weather to southern China in early next week.
