9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: The northeast monsoon now affecting southern China will moderate gradually today and tomorrow, and a band of clouds will cover the region. An intense winter monsoon will reach the coast of southern China on Christmas Day. The weather will become cold appreciably, and it will be windy with a few rain patches over the region early next week. The monsoon is expected to moderate gradually in the middle and latter parts of next week. The weather will be mainly fine over the coast of Guangdong and it will remain cool in the morning.
