Tropical Cyclone Noru will move across the central part of the South China Sea towards the vicinity of the central part of Vietnam in the next couple of days. A broad area of low pressure will bring unsettled weather to the central and northern parts of the South China Sea in the latter part of this week to early next week, but its development remains uncertain.
