9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: The northeast monsoon will persist over southern China this week. Tropical Cyclone Nalgae is expected to edge closer to the vicinity of the area to the west of the Pearl River Estuary today and tomorrow. Under the combined effect of Nalgae and the northeast monsoon, it will be windy with occasional squally showers and there will be swells over the coast of Guangdong today and tomorrow. With Nalgae weakening and departing from the coast of Guangdong gradually, the weather is expected to improve over the region and showers will ease off gradually towards the weekend.
