9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: A fresh to strong northeast monsoon will affect the coast of Guangdong today and tomorrow. Meanwhile, upper-air disturbances will bring showers and thunderstorms to the region and the northern part of the South China Sea. With the departure of the upper-air disturbances, showers will lessen gradually over the coast of Guangdong in the latter part of this week. Winds will be weak with improving weather over the region early next week. It will be rather warm during the day. Under the influence of an intense northeast monsoon, temperatures will fall appreciably over southern China in the middle and latter parts of next week.
