9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: A fresh to strong northeast monsoon will bring mainly fine and dry weather to the coast of southern China today and tomorrow. It will be windy with cool mornings over the region. The monsoon is expected to moderate slightly in the latter part of this week, and a replenishment of the monsoon will bring cooler weather to southern China again over the weekend and early next week. Besides, the area of low pressure over the seas east of the Philippines will linger over the region today, and dissipate gradually.
