9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: The easterly airstream affecting the coast of Guangdong will moderate today. A trough of low pressure is expected to affect the south China coast today and tomorrow. There will be showers and thunderstorms over the region. Under the influence of a relatively dry northeast monsoon, the weather over southern China will improve gradually early next week and it will be cool. A replenishment of the monsoon will continue to bring relatively cool weather to southern China midweek next week.
