9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: Tropical Cyclone Kompasu will move across Beibu Wan, entering the northern part of Vietnam and weaken gradually today and tomorrow. Under the effect of the outer rainbands of Kompasu, there will still be showers over the coast of Guangdong today. An area of low pressure is expected to bring unsettled weather to the central and northern parts of the South China Sea towards the weekend to early next week. A dry northeast monsoon will reach the coast of southern China during the weekend. The weather will improve and it will be slightly cooler over the region early next week.
