9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: Tropical Cyclone Rai will move across the northern part of the South China Sea and continue to weaken today. Its associated rainbands will affect the coast of Guangdong. Temperatures over the coast of Guangdong will rise slightly in the middle and latter parts of this week. An intense winter monsoon is expected to reach the coast of southern China on Christmas Day. The weather will become cold appreciably over the region early next week.
