9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: The trough of low pressure over the northern part of Guangdong will edge closer to the coast of Guangdong in the next couple of days. There will be more showers and squally thunderstorms over the region. Under the influence of a southerly airstream, there will still be showers over the coastal areas in the latter part of this week. An anticyclone aloft is expected to cover the coast of southern China gradually early next week. The weather will improve and will be hot over the region.
