9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: A broad trough of low pressure will continue to bring showers to the northern part of the South China Sea and the coastal areas of Guangdong today. An anticyclone aloft is expected to affect Guangdong on Friday, the weather will improve over the region. With the anticyclone aloft weakening, there will be sunny intervals and a few showers on the Mid-Autumn Festival and the following couple of days over the coast of Guangdong. A relatively dry continental airstream will bring fine and very hot weather to southern China in the middle and latter parts of next week.
