9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: A dry northeast monsoon will affect the coast of southern China in the next couple of days. It will be warm during the day over the region. An intense replenishment of the northeast monsoon is expected to reach Guangdong next Monday night. Under the influence of the monsoon and a broad band of clouds, it will be windy and very dry in the following couple of days, becoming appreciably cool over the coastal areas and cold over inland areas. With the monsoon moderating slightly, daytime temperatures over the coast of southern China will rise gradually in the latter part of next week.
