9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: A trough of low pressure will develop over central China today, and edge closer to the coastal areas of southern China in the next couple of days. It will bring showers and squally thunderstorms to the region. Under the influence of the northeast monsoon, showers will ease off over Guangdong and temperatures will fall slightly in the middle and latter parts of this week. Another trough of low pressure is expected to affect southern China during the weekend to early next week. The weather will become unsettled over the region.
