9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: Tropical Cyclone Bavi will move across the seas east of Taiwan today and then move towards the vicinity of southern Zhejiang to northern Fujian. Its outer subsiding air will bring mainly fine and extremely hot weather to Guangdong today to Sunday. High temperatures may also trigger showers. Under the influence of a fresh to strong southwest monsoon, it will be windier over the coast of Guangdong over the weekend. A broad trough of low pressure is expected to bring showers and thunderstorms to the northern part of the South China Sea and the coast of southern China early to midweek next week.
